# Supported file types for import

Anara supports importing all major document, image, video, and audio file types.

* Documents: **`pdf`**, **`doc`**, **`docx`**, **`epub`**, **`ppt`**, **`pptx`**, **`md`**, **`txt`**, **`csv`**, **`xls`**, **`xlsx`**
* Websites: **`url`**
* Images: **`jpg`**, **`jpeg`**, **`png`**, **`tiff`**, **`bmp`**, **`heic`**
* Videos: **`mp4`**, **`YouTube url`**
* Audio: **`mp3`**, **`wav`**
