Overview

Anara’s folder sharing system allows you to organize and share content with precise control over who can access what. Within each workspace, you can create folders with different visibility levels to collaborate effectively while maintaining privacy where needed.

Folder visibility levels

Every folder in Anara has one of three visibility levels:

Private folders

  • Visible only to you
  • Perfect for personal research, drafts, or sensitive content
  • Cannot be accessed by other workspace members

Shared folders

  • Visible to specific people you’ve explicitly shared them with
  • Ideal for collaborative projects with select team members

Team folders

  • Visible to everyone in the workspace
  • Best for content that all workspace members should access
  • Automatically accessible to new members when they join
