Configure and manage your workspace settings.

Accessing workspace settings

  1. Click on your workspace name in the top navigation
  2. Select Settings
  3. Navigate to the General page under Workspaces

General settings

Workspace name

Change your workspace name to better identify it when switching between multiple workspaces. This name appears in:
  • The account dropdown menu
  • Email notifications
  • Shared links
To change your workspace name:
  1. Enter the new name in the Name field
  2. The change saves automatically

Workspace icon

Upload a custom icon or logo for your workspace.
  • Recommended size: 256x256 pixels

Allowed domains

Control which email domains can automatically join your workspace when using the invite link feature. This is useful for:
  • Company workspaces (e.g., @yourcompany.com)
  • Academic institutions (e.g., @university.edu)
  • Limiting access to specific organizations
To add allowed domains:
  1. Type the domain in the Allowed domains field
  2. Press Enter to add it
  3. Repeat for additional domains
Any email address with these domains can automatically join your workspace when creating an Anara account.

Billing and plan

View your current plan details and billing information:
  • Current plan type
  • Number of seats (active and available)
  • Next billing date
  • Payment method

Managing seats

To adjust your team seats:
  1. Click Manage seats in the billing section
  2. Use the + and - buttons to increase or decrease seats
  3. View the estimated billing for your changes
  4. Click Update seats to confirm
Adding seats beyond your available quota will automatically charge the workspace owner’s payment method.
