The left sidebar in Anara keeps all your essential tools and content within reach as you navigate Anara. It stays visible as you work so you can quickly move between files, chats, folders, and other parts of the app without losing your place.

Account menu

At the very top, you’ll see your account or team name. Click it to access a dropdown menu where you can open Settings, change your Theme, or log out of Anara.

Create menu (+ button)

The + button next to the team menu opens the create/import menu. From here you can upload files or folders, import content via URL, ID, or Zotero, start a new chat or note, create a new folder, record audio, and learn about supported file types. The navigation menu is your primary way to access different parts of Anara. It includes:
  • Home. Go to your workspace’s main view where you can ask questions for answers from the web and the files in your library.
  • Library. Browse, organize, and access all your imported files.
  • Search. Search for any files in your library.

Chats

Shows your recent chats with Anara. Click More to expand the list and see your full chat history.

Folders

Lists all your folders. You can click a folder to open it, expand a folder to see subfolders, right-click or use the menu to rename, separate, or delete folders, and drag and drop files onto a folder to move them there.

Bottom menu

At the bottom of the sidebar, you’ll find three important options:
  • Invite and earn. Share Anara with friends and colleagues to earn rewards.
  • Feedback. Provide suggestions or report issues directly through the sidebar.
  • Support. Access comprehensive help resources, including user guides, direct support contact, issue reporting, and release notes.
