The right sidebar in Anara shows information and options related to the file, folder, or chat you have open. Its content changes depending on the context, giving you quick access to details, related files, and your annotations.

Details tab

The Details tab displays key information about the current file. This can include the title, authors, publication details, tags, citation count, and links such as the DOI or source URL. Depending on the file type, you may also see a summary, abstract, and full citation. From here you can copy citations or change the citation format in settings. The Related tab shows connections to other files and resources. This includes papers that cite the current file, papers it cites, related items from your library, and related items from the internet.

Annotations tab

The Annotations tab lists all highlights and comments for the current file. You can click an annotation to jump to that location in the document, change its highlight color, or edit and delete it. You can also filter annotations by color to focus on specific types of notes.
