Manage your account and security
Update your name, enable two-step verification, and manage signed-in devices.
Open Settings > Account to manage your identity and account access. Your display name is editable. Your email address is shown as read-only; contact support if you need help changing it.
Enable two-step verification
- In Settings > Account > Security, open 2-step Verification.
- Choose Authenticator app (QR code).
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
- Enter the six-digit code to verify setup.
- Copy the backup codes and keep them somewhere you can access if you lose your device.
- Complete the setup flow.
Keep the backup codes private. If you lose both your authenticator and backup codes, contact support. Turning two-step verification off requires an authenticator code. HIPAA-enabled workspaces do not allow it to be disabled.
Devices
Open Settings > Devices to see signed-in sessions, the current device, and recent activity. Choose Sign out beside another device to revoke that session. Sign out other devices keeps the current session signed in and ends the others.
Settings > Account > Log out of all devices ends every active session. Clear cookies removes local session data and requires you to sign in again; use it when troubleshooting a persistent session problem.
Delete your account
Account deletion is permanent. Export work you want to keep and resolve any workspace ownership first. Cancel subscriptions before deleting. App Store subscriptions must be cancelled through Apple and can keep billing after account deletion.
Open Settings > Account, scroll to Danger zone, and choose Delete. Follow the confirmation flow. An active or past-due subscription you pay for can block deletion; use Billing or contact support to resolve it.
