Notes and chats
Choose Word for an editable document, PDF for a fixed layout, or Markdown for plain-text editing. LaTeX PDF compiles the output; LaTeX source (.zip) gives you source files to continue editing elsewhere.
Citation formatting uses your global citation style. Open the exported file and check its layout, equations, images, and references before sharing it.
PDFs with annotations
Open the PDF's menu and choose Download with annotations to include your highlights and comments. That option appears when the file has annotations. Use Download for the original file.
Generated files
When the agent creates a document, deck, image, or chart in chat, download the attached result. Ask for the exact format you need. See what the agent can create.
If export fails
Wait until the item has loaded and changes have saved, then retry. If one format fails, another can help preserve your work while you contact support. Include the item name and requested format.
